((currently))

inspired by: cute stephanie at the crimson owl

listening: cranked ceiling fans & sigur ros

eating: a bowl of frosted flakes ((they're called frosties here)). the whole box cost $10.

drinking: an instant caramel mocha, but would happily give $10 for a can of dr. pepper.

wearing: navy linen pants & a cream fossil blouse.

feeling: like i could use a hammock to nap in about now...

thankful: for opportunities that seem to come out of nowhere and become the biggest blessings ever.

weather: hot & humid...thankful for the sea breeze

watching: waves crashing

wanting: a sprinkles cupcake, a pumpkin spice latte, and this lisa leonard necklace with a "k" for myself.
needing: to be thankful for the small things not be so quick to grumble about the sucky things. why is that so hard?

thinking: about boulder, oh, sweet joy projects for when i return, mountains, and my sewing machine.

enjoying1. the real simple mag my mother-in-law sent me 2.  life on the other side of the world

wondering: if its completely ridiculous that i already made a christmas list???
if it helps....i already ordered some christmas gifts too...for other people! see! i'm not entirely selfish.
((mom, don't open those packages that get mailed to the house!!))
love.

  1. It's definitely not completely ridiculous... I've been listening to Christmas music for almost a month now! It's so hard not to start getting Christmassy when the cooler weather comes along :]

  5. I love posts like this too! I would love to talk to you about your etsy shop sometime! Are you no longer working at Retail Therapy? (not a total stalker-but I talked to you after my mom went in there and met you last year. it's my favorite store in CB, CO.) Unless your etsy shop is now a store in the CB/Gunnison area-in which case it will be my new favorite!
