((looking for the giveaway? scroll down to the post below this one..after you read this of course!))
I realized a few nights ago, when discussing dresses on twitter, that almost no one knew that I made apparel. I had a line of dresses last spring, when about 1/7th of you followed this blog ((thanks for hangin' around!)), that were called "farmer's market dresses." My plan was to get a ton of them made and sell them at our local farmer's markets. I listed them on etsy, one by one, just trying to get a feel for a response. Well, they all sold ((holla!)) and I think I only took one to the market haha.
Several of you have shown interest in buying a dress, which makes my heart happy because I LOVE designing & sewing apparel, nothing gets me more excited...so I'd like to make an announcement.
Oh, Sweet Joy! will now be offering made-to-order custom dresses!
You can choose from my designs, which you can find more of here, or we can scheme up a new design just for you. $65 will cover fabric, consultation, design, labor, and shipping.
If you are interested in a custom dress, please contact me via email. I'd love to get started, chat details, and get you in a pretty little ::handmade:: dress.
Now, doesn't that just get you PUMPED for spring?!
